People with severe allergies to dairy and those that are lactose intolerant should consult a medical professional before taking this product, as adverse reactions can occur. Ingredients

Probiotic Blend 40 Billion CFU (2 capsules per serving) – Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14), Lactobacillus Paracasei (Lpc-37), Bifidobacterium lactis (Bl-04), Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp-115) and FOS. Other ingredients: Cellulose (Vegetable Capsule), Rice maltodextrin, L-Leucine, and Polysaccharides Complex.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules once daily. For best results, take one (1) capsule during the day and one (1) capsules in the evening. Repeat the process daily. Do not exceed two capsules per day.
